Ashley and his team provided a Leadership Development programme for a group of middle managers in my organisation. All the delegates enjoyed and were inspired by the training. The sessions were highly interactive, thought provoking and enabled delegates to generate solutions to pre-existing management problems. In designing the programme, he listened to the thoughts and needs of the business and was respectful of our culture.
